I have been tracking my sleep for a few weeks before using the capsules and I never got more than 20 minutes of deep sleep and my Apple sleep score hovered at low 70's, high 60's but after two weeks of using Sleep, for the first time ever my sleep score was 97 with 124 minutes of deep sleep!!! I am blown away, I think I have a lot of catching up to do but with Sleep, its going to go quick! Very happy to have found something solid that really works!

We took the capsules for the first time before bed last night. I slept thru to 6:30. Probably the first time that’s happened in like 2 weeks or a month even. Not sure. It doesn’t happen often. Thanks!
