Refund policy
We stand behind Gavarres products and want every order to be a good experience. If something isn't right, you can request a refund within 60 days of receiving your order.
How the guarantee works
- Refunds apply only to products purchased directly from gavarres.co
- Requests must be submitted within 60 days of delivery
- Refunds apply to the price paid for the product
- Products do not need to be returned
Exceptions
We may decline refund requests when they are unreasonable or have evidence of abusive or repeated activity.
The guarantee does not apply to:
- Shipping costs or additional duties
- Free or promotional items
How to request a refund
To request a refund, use the chat icon in the bottom corner of the site. Choose "I want a refund", then reply with your order number, the product you are requesting a refund for, and a short description of the issue.
Once we have this information, we will review your request and get back to you.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 working days.
Statutory right of withdrawal
If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, notify us within 14 days of delivery using the chat on our website at gavarres.co. You do not need to return the product.
Once we receive your withdrawal notice, we will refund the price of the product and the cost of standard delivery to your original payment method within 14 days.
This statutory right is separate from and in addition to our 60-day satisfaction guarantee.
