Cancellation policy
Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription or a pre-order. This cancellation policy explains how you can change or cancel these types of purchases.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and delivery frequency you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you will be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their duration. If you do not wish to renew a subscription, you may cancel it.
You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time. Your order confirmation emails contain links to your order, where you can manage your subscription.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying a product that is currently out of stock or not yet available in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, and then fulfil and charge the full or remaining amount at a later date.
You may cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. Once the order has been fulfilled, cancellation is no longer possible, but you may request a full or partial refund in accordance with our returns policy.
