This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when you purchase products from Gavarres.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to selected countries and regions where the sale and delivery of our products is permitted under applicable local laws: Spain, Portugal, Czechia, Estonia, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovenia, and the United Kingdom.
Availability of shipping destinations may change from time to time. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where delivery is not permitted.
Customer Responsibility
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that products ordered from Gavarres may be legally imported, possessed, and used in the destination country or region.
We are not responsible for delays, returns, seizures, or non-delivery resulting from customs authorities or local regulations at the destination.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is received and order confirmation is sent.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Orders are shipped via Correos (Spain's national postal service) using their Paquete Internacional service. Estimated delivery times from dispatch are:
- Spain: 1–3 business days
- Portugal: 2–4 business days
- EU (all other destinations): 3–8 business days
- United Kingdom: 5–10 business days (subject to customs clearance)
All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or events outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, selected shipping method, and order size.
Orders with a total value of €60 or more qualify for free standard shipping, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Any applicable shipping charges for orders below this threshold will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.
All prices are inclusive of applicable VAT.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Prices shown at checkout do not include any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees that may be applied by the destination country.
Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the relevant authorities.
Delays, Late Delivery & Lost Shipments
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.
If your order has not been delivered within 30 calendar days of your order confirmation date, you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund, including any standard shipping charges paid.
If a shipment is confirmed as lost in transit, please contact us and we will review the situation in line with our Refund Policy.
Unless a product is faulty or incorrectly sent, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Risk of Loss
Risk of loss or damage to your order passes to you when you, or a third party designated by you, physically takes possession of the goods, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive and applicable Spanish consumer law.
