Is THC legal in France?

Situación formal

Cannabis use is a criminal offence in France, and since August 2026 the fixed on-the-spot fine has been 500 euros, though the offence itself is unchanged. Growing your own is prosecuted as production of narcotics rather than as personal use. Medical cannabis has never moved past a pilot, with roughly 700 patients on transitional arrangements pending unpublished decrees. For supplements the binding constraint is the 2026 ban on ingestible cannabinoid products, not the 0.3% threshold.

Not at the moment.

The THC threshold itself isn't the concern here - our formula runs comfortably under France's limit. Trace THC is a natural part of a full-spectrum extract, so what we're actually watching is the same broader ingestible-format enforcement that applies to our CBD and CBN content.

Perspectivas

Nothing on the 0.3% threshold itself is moving, and it is comfortably met. The live question is the ingestible-cannabinoid enforcement described above, with the same autumn 2026 Conseil d'Etat merits case to watch.
